The Laundry Rooms - Waterloo

2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and also a couch bed in the hall. Would be nice to have more and more comfortable living room set up and the internet/tv kept having issues , but everything else, and the pool was so great !

The location and the unit! It is so amazing!

It was a huge apartment, felt like home.

The size the room and the cleanliness.

Very clean and modern. My only concern with the apartment was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Our heads were sinking back into headboard and bed space. The sides of the bed frame were buckling out and very flimsy. It seems the bed was too small for the frame as it was sinking inwards. That made for a poor night’s sleep. Also, when I went to use the pool with my daughter, we were able to go through the glass doors where there was a lounge and bar but our key wouldn’t work for the door to the pool. Then some rude Russian? “maintenance guy” was knocking on the glass and angrily signaling us to use the other door at end of hall way beside an elevator that was beside the gym and then he left abruptly and mumbling. We tried that one too but no luck. So I had to open the gym door and ask someone in there to open the door for us. That kind of made it a little stressful with a small child.

assume it was internet issues with using phones for calls and problems unlocking doors

Location, clean bright comfortable.

I’m asked about staff- there was no staffing- all digital booking entry and exit

Great place to stay nice and clean , well equipped and spacious Staff very helpful Would recommend

The room spacious, fridge was great, kitchen well equipped, washing machine and laundry great, gym and pool facilities is a good option., massive tv was great.

Bedroom very noisy, permanent deep noise. Probably HVAC of the entire building (other apts in the building where I stayed earlier didn’t suffer from it). Cooker bit faulty producing sparks under a pot.. lot of hair in the bathroom on floor, in sink and bath tube. Maybe I was just unlucky, last year it was way more comfy experience.. (also the idea to design a sofa with a wooden table in the middle of the sitting part is .. but that’s not a bug it’s a feature)
