Great spot right opposite the beach, nice cafe/restaurant, chill friendly vibes and friendly helpful staff

Staff was nice, the hotel was right across the road from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The room was clean, there was a mosquito net and it had AC.

There were so many mosquitos in our room it was impossible to get rid of (we also found many inside the mosquito net). The place needs a little love (it’s old and moldy) and we were unfortunate enough to stay there a night when there was an incredibly loud party in a house next door.

The PowerPoints were a bit loose. The wifi was intermittent

The location is awesome with a beach right across the road. Some rooms in the hotel get the sea view. The hotel has a cafe with good ambience. They were hosting DJ night on the night we stayed there. The rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony.

The check-in time is 2 PM, and we had to wait for 5-10 minutes after reaching there around 3 PM even after I pre-communicated my time of arrival. They charge an extra 3% for payment with a card, and their USD to LKR conversion was also higher than what Google says.
