The owner and staff were extremely kind and helpful with everything we needed. They ensured we had a good stay. The restaurant has great service also and the food is really tasty. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beach is just across the street with surf camps close by. Lots of other restaurants nearby also. I would definitely recommend it!

Location is great! Staff aren't around a lot but are lovely and helpful! A/c was really powerful! Balcony and desk in the room were great :) it's very quiet which is nice if you need a break :)

The only downside were the pillows which were really uncomfortable but we were only there for a short time so it was ok!

"Great location opposite Weligama beach room"

Friendly manager who made check-in easy and hassle-free. Great location just across the road from beach🏖️. Cargill's Supermarket is metres away. Less than 10min walk from train station and bus stand. Mirissa is only 20-25 mins away by bus (bus fare 50 SLR). Room is spacious with high ceiling and huge windows with sea view. Table with chairs is right next to the window to enjoy the sea view. Balcony is spacious with chairs. Air-conditioning and fan kept me cool. Bathroom is spacious with hot shower

WiFi was not working in the room but luckily I have a Sri Lankan sim card. Toilet paper is not provided. Bar fridge and electric kettle would have made the stay more enjoyable. Mosquito net needs a good wash. Air-conditioning pipes was dripping in the bathroom due to condensation.

"If the mould was not there it could be good value for money"

The staff was very friendly and the location is right infront of the beach

Unfortunately the room was very small and smelled very mouldy. Even with the window completely open all night the smell was very strong. Due to the close street it was also pretty noisy. No AirCon but I knew that before
