"Superb"

The staff was absolutely adorable, providing great recommendations of beaches nearby, and even loaning a beach towel and parasol. The breakfast was amazing, with great local products and good variety. They also gave a great suggestion of restaurant to have dinner in Arbatax

"It’s a very well run hotel so an enjoyable place to stay despite surroundings being a little rough."

The staff were exceptionally cheerful and efficient and we particularly liked the roof terraces both for breakfast and an aperitif.

Arbatax is a little rundown but has its charm and there are some splendid other places to visit in the area. Would have preferred the parking to be private rather than on the pavement outside.

Clean, modern decor in a tastefully renovated old building Nice roof terrace with views over harbour Good breakfast Very comfortable bed

Step access to main entrance and no lift. Didnt affect us but would be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility

"Fantastic stay"

The hotel is a boutique hotel and has a very intimate feel. The staff are all really friendly and they are happy to help with day trip recommendations. Breakfast is fantastic and Julia will go above and beyond to make what you like. The hotel is in easy walking distance of 5 - 10 good restaurants.

So very friendly yet efficient. Great location for the Marina and local shops and restaurants. Beautifully clean. Great breakfast including delicious omelettes and home made cakes!

"A great place to relax!"

Great breakfast, great room. Very nice employees. A lot to do in Arbatax and great beaches around. We had a day on a boat and the hotel prepared us breakfast boxes to take! Great stay overall!

The staff were so welcoming and genuinely friendly and helpful, was very impressed by them. The best scrambled eggs I have ever had...

The timing of our trip coincided with a music festival in the town,which was unfortuate but in no way a reflection on the hotel.
