Modern and sophisticated conversion of an older building done to an exceptional standard.

The balcony was very small and only on a raised ground floor. It could only be used for drying swimwear.

- family owned hotel, everybody is really nice! - quiet, not so many rooms - nice backyard pool - fresh breakfast - amazing rooftop with good drinks and aperitivo - good restaurants close by - perfect location to do “golfo di orosei” boat tours - we always found free parking in the street of the hotel

A former stately mansion in the center of Arbatax has been transformed into Hotel Raphael. The hotel is family run by Julia, Pier Paulo and Oxana. Those three are wonderful people who do their utmost to please their guests. The hotel itself is modern and designed with taste and care. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to relax and to enjoy the views. Our room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Julia is a joyful person who with her pleasant enthusiasm gives you in the morning the good vibes for the new day while preparing eggs in any style at your wishes. We had a wonderful time and find the hotel absolutely recommendable.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

The hotel is an exceptionally renovated building with a style and attention to detail that you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff is also exceptional, taking great care of both the guests and facilities with what feel and look like genuine love. The breakfasts were incredibly delicious--a huge spread of sweet and savory foods (including made-to-order items) and excellent coffees.

No fault of the hotel's but I wish I had been in a hotel that had a view of the sea. This property is spectacular and it just seems a shame that it doesn't also have views. The front courtyard, where the pool and a ping pong table are located, could also use some landscaping. The area looks somewhat wild and doesn't reflect the style of the rest of the property.

Nice parting gift left for us. Breakfast was very good. Lovely pool. Nice quiet hotel. Beach towels and beach bag provided - nice touch. Lovely clean and modern room and bathroom
