Cleanliness. It was horrible. Insects all over. Bedding unclean. Bathroom unclean. No towels. No soap. No drinking water. Just horrible.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was shocking and completely below acceptable standards. There were bees on the bed, which made the room feel unsafe and unhygienic. I have never experienced something like this before. The bathroom condition was even worse. It was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and highly unhygienic. The shower tap was not functioning properly, and basic cleanliness was clearly neglected. Additionally, the behavior of the staff was not satisfactory. They were unresponsive and did not handle concerns professionally. There was no sense of hospitality or accountability. Overall, I am highly disappointed with the services and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Serious improvements in hygiene, maintenance, and staff behavior are needed.

Good value for money and nice facilities

The room was pretty clean. The beds were okay for a short stay. They provided me with a towel and a bathing soap. It's worth the money you are paying for. I only stayed one night. Would recommend it if its a short stay.

The toilets were in good condition but the flush was broken. The funny thing is that even though it was broken it was working. This may not be the case in every room so this is not a dealbreaker. But please fix this as soon as you can.

Room was clean and comfortable and staff also were nice.
