Excellent location for walking Staff very friendly and helpful Facilities on site where amazing, lovely Stove restaurant and local pubs within walking distance Will definitely stay again

Maybe a small sitting area outside our room to enjoy the views, but this maybe down to my room choice as there were lots of different accommodation options available

I liked the scenery

I didn’t like the room I got put in at first and that we could only use the leisure centre however the other spa was included in the photos

It was cosy decor and the staff were attentive

The shower in the bathroom was too low, my boyfriend was bending his back to get under it. The staff should make you aware at check in that the spa is £85 per person. We had to ask about the price and was only told £85, nothing mentioned it being per person. There should be loungers around the main pool.

Location was great staff were great

I was expecting a hotel not a complex with rooms in different buildings.

Beautiful area of The Lakes. Stunning location. Staff extreamly helpful by giving advice on the area, walks, facilities, local eating/drinking places. The Signature room was well equiped with everything you could need. Large comfortable room. The Stove had a fantastic menu and a lovely place to sit and just have a drink too. We will definatly be returning, there is so much to see not to.
