Poor quality sausages, bread and unusally no yogurts/fruit.

The room, breakfast and staff were good.

Parking arrangement was bad. The hotel should provide parking at the open carpark behind the hotel. The Finge carpark which was free was too far. When I checked into the hotel, I was told that I could leave the carpark free of charge by giving the code "Rainy Days". But when I went out on the next day, this did not work. There was no response at the gate. In the end, I have to pay more than GBP 8 to get out.

Great location- nice staff

Stayed here twice now and it's definitely unexpected from the outside, rooms a large and comfy, plus they're temperature controlled too, which was well needed in the recent heatwave! The rooms at the very back are gems, the one I had with the atrium was huge. Like the bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits they put out for you.

Can be a bit noisy depending on which room you stay in, first time we stayed I had the room directly next to the corridor opening, did slam a bit during the night. Breakfast isn't the best but it's good value for what you get.

Everything was fine, the soundproofing worked well so we were not disturbed from outside, or from the pub. During breakfast Will was a cheerful presence, who ensured we found whatever we needed. The room was clean, if a bit worn in places, which was not a problem to us - everything does not have to be new.

Nothing, everything was fine for our requirements.

The lady working on Saturday night was amazing long story short I got in an anxiety attack and she was a star she helped me with parking my truck I cannot recommend them highly enough

Very nice hotel in the centre of the city. Breakfast was very good. There was life music in the bar on Saturday evening. Very close to train station.
