Facilities, excellent service and amenities. Really quiet and peaceful place, the food was really good

During winter the access to the hotel can be difficult

Breakfast was very bad. Hotels very far away from ski resort. All Restorant far away from hotel Room wasn’t comfortable Disney have a enough tea set in room which I paid for 5 days 1400 euro

4 star hotel, with ski rental, restaurant, good family rooms, very close to Kokhta lift 2 min drive or walking up the hill.

No kids room as advertised, no ski-in, ski-out as advertised, breakfast average, food in the restaurant - OK, very bad soundproofing, you can hear neighbors in the evening. We booked 2 rooms as a family and they put us in 2 opposite wings of the hotel, we had to walk long way daily. I chose the hotel only because of kids club and it was not there. There is an excellent 5star hotel next to Kokhta lift. Perhaps, a better option for people who just need a place to sleep and to save a bit.

Location

Food is amazing in the restaurant, but the breakfast is too poor. When you stay 7 days there, everyday the same poor meal is realy annoying.

limited types of food on breakfast, sometimes rooms after cleaning were smelling terribly. Amenities of the room were not always provided on time.

I hated internet, despite the fact everything elsecwas great I will not come because of the internet and also u need to have a car with chains because the road is slippery
