It wasn’t clean enough, less staff for huge place and crowded season so they won’t able to help all on time.

The staff was friendly. The hotel and rooms were neat and clean. The hotel design is modern.

Stray dogs can sometimes come into the hotel yard (don't leave children alone). The food served in the hotel's own restaurant was not that tasty. When booking, be sure to ask for a room away from the elevator.

The staff was rude. Especially at restaurant. Additionally, we couldn’t sleep normally because of the noise. We complained about it, but staff said we cannot guarantee it. There are a lot of guests. If no one can guatantee and care about their guests i dont know what to say.

Pillows were too hard Mattresses were not comfortable Breakfast did not have a great variety Hotel room walls are too thin you can hear everything at night!

The location is very bad, the road to the hotel is bad, there were no disposable hygiene items in the room, not even a cup for coffee, the water in the bathroom sink did not flow, and the price of 500 GEL per night is very inappropriate. I do not recommend it.

they forgot to clean our room.. no tissue in the room ..

the only good thing about this property is the design and lobby.

not value for money and the staff are not professional. no one to support, breakfast is way below average.
