Balintore Inn

This is a lovely Inn right on the seafront. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything you need for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the dinner and breakfast freshly cooked, reasonably priced and very good.

Advised staff our job had been cancelled after 1 day no refund on the next two nights even though they had put them back on the website no conversation with the owner as he told the staff what to say stayed in the kitchen evening and morning, young staff very pleasant.

Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff including quite young staff very helpful and attentive. Landlord great to have a chat with. Inn is very close to the sea and despite being next to the road it is very quiet as Balintor is a hamlet.

Room is quite small. Could not open the window. Shower OK. Price is quite high compared to other hotels in Scotland, taking into account the space and the quality of the place. However, there seem to be very few hotels in this area and they all are quite expensive so I guess this is the reason. Overall place would benefit from a bit of TLC.
