I liked the location,the staff and the food.

I had to pay for 2 nights I had booked through booking.com but thought I had cancelled as I got booked for a cheaper price directly from hotel. Anyway this booking was not showing on my booking.com app in my up coming trips,and I was only made aware of it when it was too late for me to cancel. So,I had to pay £546.60 for 1 double room for 1 night. Whilst I accept full blame for this error,I think it should have been showing on my booking.com app so I could have cancelled. Very expensive night on what should have been a lovely time as a wedding guest.

"Afternoon Tea."

Recent expensive Festive Afternoon Tea here. Disappointing, long wait from being seated to Tea arriving. Was very busy but not enough staff on the floor to cope with demand. Scones were hard - could have done with a few seconds in the microwave to soften & sandwiches were not the best either - hard around the edges. Only two choices for alcohol free cocktails. Plenty of sweets treats, but no mince pies! Could have done with a few more savoury items. Not worth the £35.

"Amazing Hotel"

Just back from another brilliant weekend at our favourite Hotel Leighinmohr House hotel Ballymena What a place to celebrate my birthday again this year. My wife and l love this hotel it's like home from home for us . The staff are amazing the food is exceptional l could go on for ever. We can't wait to go back .
