I was lucky enough to enjoy a birthday lunch today 30 nov in the function room. The service from the waitress was outstanding! Pleasant, positive can do attitude, so professional and served us practically on her own. She is a huge asset and everyone commended her and how she enhanced the afternoon. I am so sorry I did not get her name.

I couldn’t thank the staff and chef enough for a wonderful experience for my birthday.♥️ We were seated at a lovely table and straight away the serving staff and restaurant manager were attentive, polite and friendly. The restaurant manager also did an extra allergy check with the chef to make sure there was no fish oil used for favouring. That was much appreciated especially because they were very busy and I didn’t request that they double checked. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious. Starter soup and hot savoury sausage rolls were our favourite but our whole party were so happy with the range of sweet and savoury options on the cake stands. Fresh scones, cream and jam are always very welcome. I can’t recommend this afternoon tea enough because I have been to many in different restaurants and hotels but this is one of the best in Northern Ireland.Atmosphere and attention to the guests are 10 out of 10. 👏👏👏👏

Our first time here, in a long time. Lovely restaurant and surroundings. We had to take two courses, as there wasnt an option to have one course. The menu had quite a good choice . The food arrived and it wasnt bad. My only complaint is that it's a bit pricy for what you get. I can get two courses for £20 in a restaurant in Ballymena town centre, which is every bit as good.

We were there for a family wedding and it couldnt have been better!!!!

Excellent in every regard - rooms, bar, restaurant, staff and grounds all first-rate. Look no further if you're going to Ballymena or nearby.
