The place has cockroaches and check-in system was not good as well. Smelly and no ventilation.

The entire checkin experience should have been seamless, especially when someone has travelled overnight with a small Child. The locality is very dirty.

The room was nice, compact and cozy. Good for a couple of nights stay.

The virtual receptionist system sucks. Don't want to get on a call for some of your requests. Would have appreciated if there was one person handling the front desk.

The staff was good.

The room smells of smoking cigarettes and the door lock is jammed, entire stay was bad as the quality of the room is very poor for the price.

I had to check out in 15 min due to an emergency was told they could be refund of the hotel charges but nothing is done till now.

It’s not worthy of the amount we paid: 1. The door had random holes that were covered with tissue paper. 2. The MCB was exposed, with no cover and the openings in the wall visible, super dusty and dirty. 3. Half the switches didn’t work, fan regulator didn’t work too. 4. The AC was a joke, temperature settings didn’t work, was unresponsive to remote unless we went close to it and tried. Even then, 18° was the same as 25° was the same as 28°. 5. There were random wires hanging out everywhere - near bedside tables, under the tv etc. 6. The towels had stains. 7. The shower area tiles were slippery. 8. The bed sheet was rather thin and had multiple holes that were cleverly covered by the quilt on top. All in all, not sure how they were given a 3 star property rating on Booking, it’s absolutely undeserved.
