The accommodation was very comfortable and convenient due to the location. The staff are really helpful. The stay was safe and affordable too.

Location is great and common area is good

Bathrooms were stinky and sheets looked like it hasn’t been washed

There is nothing to like about this property except for the location.

Many things apparently- 1. We were asked for 1500 Rs which was reduced later to 800 Rs from the staff to do an early check-in before 1 pm even after the room was available. 2. The room reserved was with breakfast how everything, we did not receive any on day2. When enquired they mentioned that the breakfast is on the way and will be delivered before 10. We told the staff and Manager to cancel the breakfast and return the breakfast money since we need to report by 9 and will not be available to eat. 3. The pictures posted are misleading in multiple ways since they do not have their own pantry. 4. The bathroom was all unclean with yellow stains in the commode and out, totally disgusting! 5. There's Water shortage at this proposed since they do not have enough storage facility for accumulating water and their water tanker doesn't arrive. All we are left with is the droplets for bathing and bathroom. 6. Worst management and staff, their Manager Prashant (9638961276) who apparently is taking a handover from Deban (as mentioned by staff) was so rude and disrespectful towards us when we asked him to return the amount for breakfast that was paid and told him about the issues. All he said was to go ahead and put the reviews, he didn't care nor he is aware of water shortage at this property being an Area Manager. 7. The AC, towels, bedsheets, pillows and the toiletries (shampoo and bath gel), everything was bad about this property. 7. This has been a worst property that we have ever stayed in all these years.

The virtual checkin ! Pretty impressive

Not maintained well ! Sheets smells of detergent! Like it wasn’t rinsed well . I am not sure if the cushion covers were ever washed ! The bathroom kinda had this stink . The beds aren’t comfortable at all . Most horrible is the door lock ! Goodness couldn’t you make it easier for your customers?? The location is really bad !
