"Pathetic Service, bad staff"

Nothing particularly

1. Indifferent attitude of staff 2. Room AC makes terrible noise, staff did not show any care. My room change request was denied 3. The lift does not go to 3rd floor, where my room was 4. Shabby room condition, many cockroaches inside 5. Faucet broken Overall, pathetic. I will never visit here
