Location is near to eco-space, bellandur.. Nothing else

Lift not working during my stay for last 4 days Rooms are old and shabby Bed sheets are too old to be cleaned properly. Overall ambience is extremely gloomy. No ventilation in the room. Exhaust fan not working in bathroom. Bathroom fittings are dirty. Aquarium is very dirty.

Didnot stay

The night I went I had requested for cancellation immediately after seeing the property. The phone number mentioned doesnot work and no response to emails sent.It's nothing close to what it looks in the pictures.very shady place and the room was tiny. The locks fixed with some green gluy materials. Very broken and run down. Still shocked that booking.com has given it five star inspite of the pathetic conditions. The site should check the place before giving such reviews. I booked another place and stayed there and kept on sending them emails and messages on booking.com for a refund as I have not stayed at all with them. Hopefully booking.com looks into the matter and resolves it. In short I was duped with false pictures and five star rating on booking.com
