"Very shabby kind of hotel, but at a very good location."

Location was very good on the junction under flyover. Many eating and drinking joints were nearby. But overall very simple area.

The place was kind of shabby and shady. Not for families and ladies. No ventilation or light in my room. Overall the entire place looked very dark with very less lighting.

"Don’t stay otherwise you will regret later"

property is too old they don’t have even a phone in the room to connect not at all good ambience can’t stay for long hours in the room as AC is set to default temperature fan are too noisy difficult to sleep don’t order anything you will regret for sure go nearby hotels for tea and meal etc staff is not at all supportive simple never stay here 2000/day is hell of money for this
