"Assumed Fabhotels were good, but this was a disappointing stay."

They asked us to move to a hotel nearby at the time of arrival becuase they were facing electricity isuues, but we got to know they booked over size and that is why they were asking guests to move to 200 meters away by crossing highways all by ourselves and they provide only 1 person to help who refused to carry more than 1 small bag. Absolutely rubbish behavior and response.

First of all They messed up with our reservation . No hot water supply in the room. They gave a separate room in another location after we fight . They said there is no break fast option in our reservation which we had in our email receipt from the online . The attitude of the staff who came to help when our door is stuck is very bad. Totally we are disappointed.

"Ruined my sleep and peace of mind"

They said they are overbooked. And offered to give room in some neighbouring property that had horrible reviews. After somehow getting a room, found out bed sheets and pillows were dirty and stained. Whole night, hotel staff stood in the corridor and talked loud. There was no hot water in the shower. Nobody could help despite asking multiple times.
