Very good staff. Very average location. Room was spacious and the bed was not that great. I saw one small cockroach in the room and I had to wear my earplugs to sleep. Ok to stay alone for a day.

The hotel is not easy to locate as the entrance is not visible from the road. The lobby is on the first floor and you need to pass thru a building to get to the lift. The details put up on Booking.com is misleading. We chose FabHotel Champion Gateway - Yelahanka as we had a family function to attend in Yelahanka and this property was reasonably near to the venue of the function. We had booked 2 family rooms for 1 night (Family room is supposed to have one double bed+1 single bed per room as per Booking.com listing). We tried calling the property on the previous day of checkin to reconfirm our tentative booking. The property's phone number is not valid and we had to go thru many numbers available on google searches to reach them. Finally when we got to speak to the property, the Family room is only one double bed, and the second single bed needs to be paid additionally. The coordination between the staff who picked up our pre-checkin call and the reception is completely lacking - when we went to checkin reception was totally unaware of the instructions and requirement we discussed with the staff on the phone. Hospitality of the staff was also average.

The property was very good for solo and family stay and very comfortable and accessible for Airport Road.
