The location is great and staff friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

Towels are exchanged every day without an option to signal you don't want that. Introducing sustainability practices would be a good thing to consider on the management level.

Most of the room was actually clean and somebody made an effort to make it look it has been thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast was good too.

There aren’t many things I do care about but if something is important to me then it certainly is a working AC. The room was booked and advertised as a room with an AC. Upon arrival I have not been informed that the AC doesn’t work, only when it started to get warm I tried it and at first I thought that I was the issue and simply put to stupid to turn it on. After asking at the reception I was told the AC is broken but the heating would work… I was not offered a compensation, likely because the lady didn’t speak English. So I was forced to leave the windows open because it does get warm in these rooms fast when you try to sleep. Wouldn’t be much of a problem but it turns out there are plenty of mosquitoes waiting for you to open the window. The 3 nights I have slept there with the open window resulted in approximately 100 mosquito bites. I am not even kidding, I wish I was but as I am writing this review my whole body is itching. I am also quite sure I was overcharged for the MiniBar, I thought maybe atleast they won’t charge me for the can of coke, because of the broken AC but they didn’t care about it at all, there was also no attempt to fix it. The cable management is terrible and I just can’t take this seriosly and you may want to get a new toilet brush(Mind you said brush looked like that and even worse when I arrived). The hotel isn’t bad but my stay there wasn’t comfortable at all and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. And what was suppoed to be a „City View“ was a metal roof.
