Location excellent.the bar and restaurant was good.

Blocked sink took ages to drain away.

The staff were great, friendly.

Overpriced for what it was, rooms grubby, out dated and to be honest just down right grimm!! Almost, left to find a premier inn. Don't necessarily expect a view but it was better too shut the curtains...instantly 100% better the the unkempt, dirty outside. Exterior could do with a lick of paint to show some care, looks uninviting from the outside.

It's in a great position close to shops, bars, cafes and the sea front. Staff where helpful and friendly.

The rooms are very tired and dated, nothing matches with some areas more in need than others. The shower didn't get warm let alone hot...and whilst on the subject of the bathroom (more of a corridor that had a toilet, sink and shower cubicle in it). Very retro, sporting pink and blue suite and a dirty light pully. However i did sleep well, which may have had more to do with the red wine i drank rather than the comfort of the bed!
