Beds were comfortable and the bedding was pristine. The hotel is in a quiet area of Blackpool but very close to the tram which was great for us. Nice and peaceful to sleep. Franco and Nagla were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Lovely fresh full English breakfast.

It’s a lovely B&B not a lot to dislike. If I were being picky we went over a few very hot days and the twin bedroom only had a tiny window to open so found it a little stuffy.

The staff are welcoming and kind. Great to have parking on-site. The cooked breakfast is fantastic. Rooms well-equipped and clean.

The mattress dipped in the middle - not great on the back. Sound-proofing between rooms is very poor.

Beds were comfy

Room was far to hot Also didn’t like the fact they came into our room to turn the light of the room off without letting us know our shower didn’t work at all aswell 40 pound for 2 fry ups is a bit steep
