Clean/tidy and friendly staff

Only continental breakfast but wouldn’t put me off staying again

It was very clean and comfy and spund proof rooms to get a good sleep and privacy... brilliant location and a lovely stay ♡

Couldnt fault it

the staff in this hotel were absolutely exceptional, they went above and beyond to meet what we asked and i would 100% return to this hotel. the place was spotless and the value for what we payed was amazing.

I could not fault this hotel.

I liked the style, and decor.

Couldn’t get into property, kept ringing doorbell for entry and no answer had to ring owner. Parking in a derelict area. No shampoo or complementary tea/coffee - asked some staff on day 2 but they did not speak English so didn’t understand. We had also requested via that chat service on the app but no answer. Bar area was never open.

Lovely hotel,,,,every room is quirky stayed in a good few rooms now 😉friendly staff, love the decor already booked again would definitely recommend this hotel ,,,,close to viva ,,,yates & weatherspoons just over a 5 minute walk ,,if your looking for something abit different this is the hotel for you 👍

The location was very central to all amenities. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and great shower. Great parking place available.

There were two light bulbs out in our room. And we had to exchange a dirty towel. Breakfast was ok but not enough equipment like bowls, knives forks ect. We kept having to ask the manager to fill up, milk, bread, ect. The ham and cheese had been left out uncovered too.

I liked the way it was decorated and facilities a high standard

Wondered where the people who worked or the owners were when we arrived but when we met them they were really nice.
