"Dreadful experience and very disappointing"

Nothing at all

Generally run down property with bedroom not as seen in publicity photos. Dark walls and poor lighting. Nowhere to sit and do hair / make up. Only hanging space above kettle station. When boiling the kettle clothes got damp from steam. Poor quality furniture with scratches and chips along with hole in the wall and carpet lifting between bedroom and bathroom - trip hazard

"Spontaneous trip to Blackpool"

On our journey to Blackpool, the B&B called us to ask for an arrival time and asked if we needed parking. He advised us what to do upon arrival, and let us check in 2 hours early, free of charge. The location was great, literally a minutes walk to the North Pier. The gentleman who runs it was so lovely. Very friendly and helpful. He was great with the kids, and having a family himself, he understood our needs and was very accommodating. The room had fun decor and the beds were so comfy and cosy. Thebkods loved the bunk bed. It was very quiet, with no outside noise or inside noise. The bathroom was a lovely size. And the shower was soooo good! I could have stayed underneath it for hours! A lovely stay, we would d stay there again.

We liked everything, it was a great stay!

"Very comfortable stay."

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Good communication with hotel manager.

It was one of the more expensive options and parking was an extra £10 per night.

"Excellent stay, great value for money with fantastic hosts"

Lovely B&B with exceptional hosts. Telephone call to check arrival and provide parking instructions. Assistance with luggage from the car park and to my room. Excellent cooked breakfast with a free Marsala tea.

Stayed for 2 nights, the room didn't get a seeing to with fresh towels or having the coffee and milk replenish while we were there. The place was described as a b@b but there was no breakfast. We booked via booking.com. once arriving and seeing our room, we asked if there was a chance of having a sea view. The guy said yes, then charged us an extra £40( wouldn't of minded but there was nobody else there so lots of rooms free) Checked online and it was saying the room was the same as what we paid for the other room. Disappointing.
