"Needs a very big update and clean"

The beds were clean

The area was not nice. The room was outdated. There was holes in the walls. There was dirt on ceiling and skirting boards. Only cold tap worked in room. Stated own bathroom but was communal. Toilet clean however window was only hanging on by bottom latch, shower very dark light didn’t work. Front door left open overnight no barrel in the @9ck, only a very old wooden and glass internal door that was locked, not very secure No working heating in the room, freezing when we went in had to wait for small oil radiator to work
