The staff was really nice and friendly and really helpfull

Their was no organisation room wasnt ready also didnt look like it had been cleaned properly faulty door and electrics

Staff were amazing,perfect hosts,very helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area for anything you need to know eg shops,takeaways, cafes,restaurants etc...

Shower too small,no radiator/heater in our room(family room)
