We didn't stay, upon arrival there was nobody there, had to ring a number, a lady answered but didn't come, waiting around, so after about 15 minutes, rang again, a man answered then came over. Whilst waiting there was rubbish all over the hallway floor, filthy and horrible smell, we could hear some violence, shouting, screaming etc...from upstairs, so when the employee came to us, we stated we're not staying here, to which he gave us accommodation in an opposite building (the Adina b and b) which was more presentable (except for no hot water in shower and getting locked in shower, as door jammed and couldn't get out !). The Galloway should not be in business (wish i took a photo)

Location friendly staff

Needs decorating and a good clean

Bedding was clean

Staff arguing late into the night a lady banging swearing etc this also happened through the day to the point my son was scared also states no pets yet there was a black dog around one of my kids is allergic No toilet paper had to buy our own, wasn't greeted by staff had to call a number and was told our keys were in the door lots of arguing from hotels opposite too most nights

TV broke dirty room poor customer service skills

Nothing at all it was disgusting old fashioned building that needs a really good do over

It was mouldy in shower couldn't use the facilities room was horrible birds on roof walking about sounded like was in walls ladders on bunked was loose so one of my sons couldn't use top bunk and had to share a single with his brother also carpet was filthy tv didn't work and the other guests room key fit my door didn't feel safe as people were trying to walk in our room alot verbal and drunk my kids couldn't settle
