Curtains didn't open or close held up with cable ties, no ladder on one of bunkbed, windows dirty, flys in the rooms, toilet didn't have a handle.

Enjoyed and helpful owners kelly and lewis was brill with me , 100000000000000000000000/10 and cause of them alone and the hotels i Will he back for sure little far for me to walk but worth it beds are really comfortable and clean been in 3 rooms and each one was worth the money happy i stayed here and not elmos again Under New management too so fixing up the place but still worth the money and stay in paid 130 for 6 nights here and extra two due to pain thank u lewis and Kelly made my stay and holiday complete ( " , ) Katie J

To start with, We didn't get the room we booked. The man tried to tell us this was the room, but they'd changed the layout. He then took us to another room in the attic and offered us that and the room next door. Both rooms were disgusting. The TV didn't work, and the socket for the kettle was a safety hazard as the plug didn't sit right in the socket. But the toilet and shower room took this to a different level. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. There was mould on the walls, and the shower was disgusting.

Nothing. The hotel was a dirty noisy disgrace

The hotel, staff. It's the worst hotel and area I've ever been to. I do not recommend it to anyone unless you like kids screaming and running up and down stairs banging doors. There was constant noise inside and outside the hotel day and night and in the middle of the night.

Nothing about the property was pleasing. These people have no idea how to run a hotel.

The hotel smelt horribly, carpets was laid out wrongly and you can tell they were reused because they were so dirty and loose on the floor. The bunk bed was coming apart. Beddings was dirty The rooms were beyond horrid and we couldn’t use it then they redirected us to Adina hotel where we got two rooms and still everywhere there was still being refurbished and clearly wasn’t in a state to accommodate people. The budget double room had a sink in there that was dirty and horrible to look at. Beddings were not changed. Had blood stains on it, the ceiling was leaking in the morning from someone showering upstairs. The table top were dirty and appliances weren’t cleaned. Carpet was not hoovered. All around horrible service. Door frame was not sturdy at all, anyone could have barged into the room if they really wanted to. Didn’t even offer the WiFi to us during our stay. The dude there that was running the whole thing doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. I am currently trying to get a refund for one of the rooms and they are a no show refusing to refund me back my money. Bunch of thieves stealing people’s money knowing their rooms are beyond horrible than a jail cell.

The rooms was clean tidy an staff was excellent had a really good stay an it's close to beach would highly recommend
