Hotel was run down plug sockets hanging off wall no vents bed broken and missing bolts turned up no manager there no communication still trying to get refund back disgusting place avoid at all cost sleeping homeless would of been a palace compared to this place false advertising 197 pound wasted and avoiding conversation how can ppl do this unbelievable

No window, dirty walls, no ventilation, it was like a prison cell , didn't see any staff i had to mess around ringing different nembers to see how I check in. Major fire hazard, wires hanging off the walls
