The host was very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. Parking available. Located across the road from a tram stop and near the start/finish of the illuminations.

Bedroom looked tired and needed updating.

Sue the host is very welcoming and a very nice . Unfortunately I didn't get to try the breakfast before I went out but it looked absolutely incredible and she even said I could take something out with me. I would stay here again

Only thing I can say is the room was cold during the night once the heating was off and must be timed
