Great location away from all of the hustle and bustle but still within the illuminations. Good buffet breakfast served by very friendly hosts.

Bed a bit hard for me

What a little gem this place is. As a solo female traveller, it's important to feel safe and comfortable. This place was absolutely perfect. My room had plenty of space. It was clean and cosy and warm. I had teas and coffees, water, and biscuits on the tray. I had a dressing table and chair with a mirror to get ready, which was perfect. The ensuite was big with a great shower. I had lovely white towels, too. The bathroom had toiletries in, too. There were extra blankets on the bed, too. Breakfast was just amazing. My table for one was set facing the window and all laid out beautifully. There were lots of choices of food. The service was fantastic. They couldn't have done more. There's parking at the front, but like anywhere, it's first come, first served. As I checked in later on, it was full, but I did manage to park very close by, so it wasn't a problem. On check out, I was a little early for my event, so I asked if I could sit in the lounge for a short while. The owner said I could, so I spent some time there just killing time. It was lovely. I will definitely return here. It was absolutely lovely.

I didn't like having only one night here.

Friendly and clean

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Room tired and a little dusty. Also TV kept cutting out. Limited parking.

A good friendly welcome at the entrance, and able to park right outside the property. From the reception rooms you could see the Blackpool illuminations, and just across the road was the Bispham Promenade beach and see. And a tram and bus stop within a few yards from the hotel.Breakfast was really good, w.ith a very good choice of food. Liked the security .

The bed was ok, but the bedding could have been a ironed a bit better, and the mattress was leaning to one side.

Warm welcome on arrival. Room clean and comfortable. Hosts very friendly and attentive. Breakfast amazing and plentiful. Great location in nice area and tram service into B Blackpool itself right outside the hotel

Nothing to 'not' like

Amazing from start to finish lovely room with seaview, fantastic friendly host who made us feel really welcome. Exceptional breakfast. Will definitely be back

Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires. Parking. Chambre lumineuse et propre avec vue sur la mer. Au calme. Buffet du petit-déjeuner varié. A l'écart du centre de Blackpool et avec un très bon restaurant italien à 8' à pieds.
