Altogether very friendly helpful staff - always got time for a chat. Breakfast from corn flakes, smoothies etc to the full english breakfast - more than enough to suit everyone. Room comfortable. Situated just out of all the crowds of Blackpool central but not too far away - tram stop over the road or can walk to central.

Nothing to add here.

Quiet location, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Pillows a bit soft. Strange smell in bathroom (maybe shower drain.) Had to park on next street as all spaces taken .

Arrived at the hotel and offered something to drink which was a great touch. Room lovely and breakfast was very good with a great selection.

Noisy caused by traffic which is unavoidable.
