Nice comfortable bed and room, small bathroom and shower but did the job. Friendly proprietor, lovely breakfast with excellent selection of fruit, wide choice of cereals and all you could expect from the cooked course. Tram stop directly opposite and a very reasonable price.

Very warm welcome from our host tea coffee offered on arrival 👍shown to our rooms 1 twin room and double room sea view both rooms very clean everything you needed for comfortable stay breakfast excellent staff nothing to much trouble great location tram stop plenty eating places close by and on sea front definitely recommend it we will be going back 👍

"Weekend trip by car. Parking a major consideration."

Lady in charge was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable TV lounge. Easy parking on site. I chose this hotel largely on price and would still have been satisfied if I'd paid quite a bit more. Will stay again.
