"Great hotel for short stay."

Really friendly staff who ensured our party were all happy. Great family room with plenty of space for two adults and two children. Lovely breakfast.

Breakfast served between 8-9 so felt pressured to set an alarm to ensure everyone was up and ready!

Lovely property, modern inside, clean and has a nice bar downstairs. Breakfast was lovely and staff were extremely welcoming and made sure you were well looked after. Would definitely recommend staying here, its only a short walk to the tower and town centre.

What a gem! Great location, lovely hosts and excellent value for money

No shampoo or shower gel in the room, so just remember to bring your own

Spotlessly clean and in a great location to the sea front , the tower and shops . Ray was a great host and gave us great advice on where to eat and where to go for the illuminations . The bar area was very welcoming on the evening after a long day out . Breakfast was great too . Good value for money if visiting Blackpool

Bed wasn’t that comfy but could be down to personal preference .
