Brilliant hotel, host Ray friendly and helpful. Hotel nice and clean in a great location. Breakfast was lovely and bar area nice to sit too

Breakfast was good , clear instructions and access , close to central pier and town center

Tv loose and crooked on wall , all worked fine

Everything was superb breakfast was fantastic nothing was to much trouble will back there soon Steve and sandra

Ray was an excellent host made us feel very welcome it was lovely and clean the breakfast was 10/10 can't fault this B&B would highly recommend we will be using again thanks to everyone at the Pearl.

Rooms were at tad small for the 3 of us but we really only slept in here we were out enjoying Blackpool.

Ray and Amanda was a lovely couple with a great family run hotel. Breakfast was amazing and plenty of it. The location was literally 5 mins walk from the main attractions the cleanliness of the hotel was better than expected. I would recommend using this hotel if you’re looking for a budget weekend stay.

Only issue I had was the amount of stairs we had to climb on a daily basis living in the loft was a killer on the legs and had to carry up a heavy suitcase full of clothing for the whole family. Also paying £8 a night to park up the car was a bit of a kick in the teeth but you have to expect that in Blackpool as a lot of hotels don’t offer parking

Only managed to go for 1 breakfast out of 4 🫣 absolutely lovely breakfast
