"Laadukas hotelli, hieman ylihintainen tasoon nähden ja Monterosa laskettelualueena on tylsä."

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä - lukuunottamatta Shuttle bussin kuljettajaa, joka oli vähän juro heppu. Aamiainen oli hyvä.

SPA olisi voinut olla paremmin suunniteltu. Pukutilat olivat aivan liian pienet, kun taas toisaalta relax-alueet olivat suhteettoman suuret. Suomalainen sauna ei ollut suomalainen, vaan huono ruotsalainen kopio. Ulkoallas oli hieno ja mukava. Viimeisenä päivänä hotelliin hissiin ilmestyi italiankielinen ilmoitus, että kaupungin vettä ei pidä juoda terveyssyistä. Tästä ei henkilökunta informoinut mitenkään englanniksi, mutta onneksi AI kääntää tekstit nykyään helposti. Seurueestamme kaksi sai vatsavaivoja.

Spa could do with a refurb and hot tub could do with being 5 degrees hotter
