Absolutely loved the warm welcome, professional handling of requests and amazing friendly attitude of the breakfast buffet! The hotel helped me with delivering some parcels and went above and beyond to help! Beautiful and cosy setting with attention to details and great music by the hot tub to enjoy after day of skiing.

"A great hotel for a long ski weekend."

The hotel was near perfect. The rooms were comfortable, the shower great, the breakfast amazing (so much choice!) and the staff delightful. Special shout out for Elena who was very accommodating of my coeliac travel companion - providing gluten free cake for breakfast and gluten free snacks for our pre-dinner drinks. It is well located for the gondola and centre of town (10 min walk). We used the hotel morning shuttle bus only once during our three day stay. A big plus was the spa - great to come back to after a day on the slopes. Two saunas, two steam rooms and indoor and an outdoor hot tub. Towels and flip flops provided.

Relais meraviglioso, personale gentile e disponibile, Spa e vasca esterna da sogno , colazione con tutto l'immaginabile, frutti di bosco , fontana di cioccolato , waffle e uova strapazzate cucinate al momento, camera confortevole e calda, con bollitore per the e caffè, al check out regalano un dolcino, lounge bar con caminetto e arredamento di Montagna molto suggestivo, piccola carta con taglieri, insalate e dolci disponibile dalle 12.30 alle 21, ottimi cocktail, insomma un soggiorno da sogno

Nulla Sinceramente però non sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del trattamento coccole per 2 nella spa in quanto per la cifra aggiuntiva di 140 euro mi sarei aspettata un trattamento più all'altezza, la vasca idromassaggio non era tanto grossa e inoltre molto facilmente si apriva il tappo a pressione quindi era necessario rimettere acqua, inoltre il massaggio di coppia pensavo prevedesse uso di aromi e oli profumati, diciamo che non sono stata soddisfatta del rapporto qualità prezzo
