Everything was amazing Debbie Thomas and Chris are a credit to your hotel. Amazing hotel amazing rooms massive bath. From the minute we walked in to check in we was made to feel extremely welcome we didn't want to check out so booked an extra night. We will be back without a doubt Thank you

It was an amazing experience so chilling and peaceful we didn't want to go home . All the staff went above and beyond their duties but mostly the manager tum so welcoming . My hubby is a fussy eater but Tim got something from the kitchen for him to eat not on the menu so thank you for that . The rooms are period drama based . It actually felt has tho you was in downtown abbey or Bridgerton . Bathroom massive. Bed super deluxe king .

A little bit chilly so take a cardigan.

stayed 1st Jan - 2nd Jan the staff that were on shift with us (I think his name was Tim who served us and night porter chris ) made the whole experience so much better and they were just so friendly and chatty it was Lovely to talk about the history of the building and they both did everything for us during our stay so special Thankyou to them
