Service so bad

They dont give a proper service even hot wwater and cup for coffee and spoons

it was good! easy check in and check out. you leave your room key every time you leave though but there's usually a person downstairs at all times so it wasn't hard to get back. they have hot and cold water available but it is just tap.

Nice room, good air con

Hotel tried to increase the fixed price of the booking on arrival, despite us having the booking e mail confirming the price. Took ages arguing with reception to sort out. Booking.com unable to help! Internet is virtually none existent at this hotel. One morning staff shouting at / to each other at 5am. At weekend a large group were staying who made a lot of noise through the night and found it funny to bang on our hotel room door in the middle of the night and then run off

Nice room, ok air con

Being a family travelling with a young baby had arranged early check in as we arrived on an AM flight. This was confirmed with the hotel by e mail / message a few days before our stay @ P100 per hour. On arrival despite showing the e mails we were abruptly told "early check in at this hotel is not possible" we were told to "go away and come back later, after the stated check in time", we were told it was NOT possible to leave our luggage either. This was extreemly disappointedly. The hotel gave no explanation for this. There is no lift at this hotel so you have to carry all your belongings up steep stairs. The internet where we stayed on the 2nd floor was almost none existent.

Dirty

I like the location, the room was big and the beds were clean. Will be coming back for sure.

Just the door bell I thought its the fire alarm. Everything is great just replace your door bell sound to nice music.
