Location is near the boulevard, plaza and public market yet, it is so peaceful.

No phone to contact the front desk.

It was close to where we needed to be, but there were others as close

Not kid friendly, misrepresentation of amenities and very unfriendly staff

I like that it’s near the Dumaguete Boulevard. It’s a decent accommodation for a day or two of stay.

Aircon was not cold enough and no fridge/electric kettle

Very loud aircon right next to the bed in high of the pillow. Busy and loud street,which you can hear all day and night.Staff cares only about money collection that’s all.

the staff and the ambiance.. very convenient to all the places i wanted to go...

the bathroom especially.. the sink are not cleaned well..the balde and the tabo are not cleaned well..

Place was ok for the price BUT SHOULD U RUN INTO ANY ISSUES, the property owner will not respond nor entertain you despite them being at fault

DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE. Should u have issues, the owner will not accomodate you. We came in at 9:30 pm. Checked in and left our bags. Went out to have dinner and when we got back, hotel guests were outside clamoring because the hotel didn’t have generator. Apparently, it lost power. The owner couldn’t be contacted but was speaking to the receptionist over the phone. Requests to speak with her were denied. They refused to offer a refund even the power loss and expected us to sleep there without power. Policy is policy but considerations should be in place especially if the guest is not at fault. Operating for years now without back up power.
