Very friendly staff, always ready to help

Need new towel as they are a bit old and too thin

accessible to most of the locations we planned to visit

there was an incident where one of the guest (in the third floor) left the shower open before going out that it flooded the second floor. The lady (manager/owner) spoke to me on the phone and blamed me for leaving the shower open that led to the flooding only to find out that it was the guest above us (third floor). SHE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. The alarm did not come off so they tried fixing it at night when most guest were suppose to rest. The alarm keep ringing every now and then causing most of the guests to panic as they did not advise us beforehand.

I like the location but the service is very poor and unprofessional and so worst worst worst.

They remove our things without permission even though we ddnt check out yet. I instructed the staff that we will be back after 2 days of climb in the mountain and we will pay whatever amount just to drop our things in our reserved room. And yet they remove our things without our permission and still paid for the 1 day due. Very unprofessional move by the management. Hope you upgrade your system. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
