water pressure is low, internet is not good never connected during our stay and lock in main door of our room is not secured.no double lock.

Tout était très bien mais la climatisation était très bruyante. La salle de bain avait quelques fuites d'eau mais rien d'alarmant. Pas d'eau à disposition

Room was moderately clean, that was about it.

The ownership. We had booked for 3 nights for my fiancés father to come get screened for cancer at the hospital there, and a typhoon hit and we were unable to come. I had asked if we could potentially get even a half refund for the day since we wouldn’t make it, and was outright refused. They weren’t accommodating at all towards the travel obstacles, and though, it’s not their job to be, it still rubbed me the wrong way.
