Bed begs dirty not clean at all. Seen a bed bug on my bed guy at desk wouldn’t refund money . Mold on ceilings musty smell dirty sheets

The walls had cracks in them. The paint was peeling and bubbling. There was mold in the bathroom (at least.) All sheets and towels had stains on them. And when you walked on the floor, your feet got wet. There was also like nobody else there which was super weird. Trust me when I say to pay the extra money to stay somewhere else.

From the area and not what i remebered. And the área and mexican restaurant was nice and nice staff.

Grew up here and was not what I remembered...very poor staff no one to talk to or greet in the morning or check in was poorly greeted upon arrival. And no one there at SAID CHECKOUT TIME POOR ALL AROUND. they were gone not even in the building for people like us leaving or needed help a man was locked out and had to wait for them to get back whenever that was. Very poor service and mínimal breakfast with two cereals bread oatmeal coffee milk and orange juice that's it that's not a continental breakfast that I've ever heard of. Stain on floor as soon as you walk in stains on curtains mold over by the Heater on the curtains terrible.

Bill, the front desk attendant, the other front desk personnel, and the housekeeper was nice! And the best thing was we was nice and toasty warm when it was only 18° outside 🥶

The cleanliness was appalling!!! Splatter marks on the mirror, the walls, doors, and TV. Broken handle on dresser and food in dresser drawer left there from prior guest!!! The bed linens and towels were ALL stained and discolored. It looked like the sweeper was not run in a long time!!! The shower had mold!!! CLEANLINESS SHOULDN'T COST MORE!!! IT SHOULD BE CLEAN REGARDLESS OF THE PRICE!!! I WOULD THINK $70+ THAT MY ROOM WOULD BE CLEAN 😡

The place was a dump! Cracked walls, windows leaked air, sheets were stained / dirty, shower was moldy. Had we arrived earlier I would have went to a different hotel. We slept on top of the bedding with our jackets over us! Disgusting place!
