Brings new meaning to the term budget motel. Lower case B, and with some vowels removed. bdgt. Musty, dank odor not just in the room but the lobby as well. Torn carpet. Cracks and separation between the walls and ceiling. Couldn't raise the temperature in the room because the whole building's on a boiler and EVERYBODY would get heat. The one (1) outlet that wasn't inaccessible behind large furniture was pulling away from the wall. Asking about just being able to check another room to see if the room's odor was unique or rampant, was told we'd been there too long already (15 minutes!) and the computer wouldn't let the desk clerk do it. Said computer seemed to be running Windows 3.1 which also seemed to be the vintage of much of the furniture in the room. 2nd star awarded because they were able to lend me a plug-in space heater to warm the room slightly. All in all, nothing that tens of thousands of dollars of renovation and upgrade wouldn't fix. And then, tens of thousands more.

Room outdated rusted ceilings, a rag was shoved in the door that was a connecting room to ours.

Little more seals on doors quiet the metal door slamming

When l woke up and found mouse poop on my cleans clothes l had laid out for the day. Went in the bathroom mouse poop on the floor mat. Told the lady at front desk next day when l get off work and I was given mouse pads to put down in my room. How lovely. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels for second day. Got to motel on third day and l had to use yesterdays towels. The dirty towels that looked unwashed and stunk.

No mouse poop when l woke up and seen it on my clean clothes l laid out and mouse poop on the bathroom mat. The room smells. I found a free drink coin at the end of the bed so they don’t vacuum very well

In general, facility is in very poor condition!!

Seriously, tape was used to hold curtains up from window air-conditioner unit?!? Room smelled musty and moldy. Regular upkeep/maintenance/repairs not done.

Quiet at night! Very friendly!

Location was good for a family reunion that I was attending.

Not very clean. Room smelled of smoke.

It was nice having a restaurant and convenience store right there at the property. The staff at check in was very nice.

The air was not working and ha a portable A/C unit that prevented the bathroom door from closing and only kept the room at a just bearable temperature. There was no where to hang your clothes and the bathroom was tiny. Also did not like the huge window that exposed hallway light and huge gab at the bottom of the door.

It was a good location for where we needed to be and allowed pets. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Unsecured outer doors that led to all the rooms. Very dirty hallways. Very smoky odor in halls seeping into our no smoking room. An open bucket of some kind of material for putting out cigarettes right inside the doorway. For non smokers the stench was terrible. In the room- Drapery falling off window, door into bathroom was warped causing it to stick and the wood panel of door sticking to the frame and pulling off the door. Shower curtain rod horribly rusted, ceiling looked moldy , slip strips in bathtub stained. Wallpaper bubbled and starting to fall. Holes where it appears artwork was removed.
