הצוות היה אדיב, החדר מרווח, אהבתי את המיקום, מרוחק מעט מהמרכז על גבעה ירוקה וקסומה אבל עדיין נגיש. גישה נוחה לאגם לפינה קסומה לרחצה. הקילה הייתה יפהפיה ושכחתי לשאול מאיפה היא!

Excellent location for a Tikal visit, the staff is very helpful organizing the tour.

The staff are excellent, they (Santos and Byron) responded quickly to all our needs. They helped us with our heavy suitcases and a santos cooked us delicious meals as and when required. They also provided us with invaluable local information on transport. The location (just opposite the lake and the Biotopo) is fantastic!

There are lots of steps to reception. If you have mobility this may not be the place for you. A couple of suggestions for improvement: sockets by the bed and nets on the windows so that they can be opened at night.

Wir hatten ein Gartenbungalow mit Gartensicht, zweistöckig. Das Bungalow war gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns wohl. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir aber ein Bungalow mit Seesicht und Aussenterrasse buchen. Diese Zimmer sahen beim Vorbeilaufen traumhaft aus!

Great place, but the customer service was terrible. A hotel cant work on looks alone, meanwhile the property might be nice on the outside without a good service its just not worth it.

I was traveling for work for my travel agency, needed a spot on El Remate due to the close location to my client's hotel. Three issues with this hotel, their post says clearly that there is parking on premises and also street parking is available, both options didnt work. The first is out of the way, I had to go through a cementary by myself during the evening to reach the hotel, second, the street option, there was no spot that fitted an SUV. I arrived at 7pm, ive been on tours the whole day, wanted some dinner and a place to relax, the rude front desk guy told me that food was only with a reservation. WTF, you clearly mention a restaurant option in your info. Then I needed wifi to finish work, the "fabulous wifi" that is on the hotel info is clearly not correct, the only area with wifi is the dinning room which wasnt available since they only work with reservation. Had to drive for about 10 min away to get some food. Lastly, which is the most important part of it all, when I mentioned my issues to the property manager, their answer, at 10pm of the evening was, no apologies, nothing, just a short "I can give you your money back". Where was i suppose to go at that time in the evening? Sleep in my car? The same car that wasnt even properly park outside?? They dont care at all about customer service. Our agency will red flag this one and not recommend to our clients and associates.

Un accueil vraiment très chaleureux, tout était parfait et nous avons passé une nuit mémorable. Nous recommandons chaleureusement Posada del Cerro.

L'emplacement est incroyable, dans un village perdu au mileu de la forêt, avec un gérant des plus adorables qui de plus cuisine très bien ! J'ai passé un superbe séjour avec une visite de Tikal et les singes hurleurs juste au-dessus de ma tête durant la nuit passée dans une jolie cabane. Je conseille mille fois de faire confiance à cet hôtel !

Dommage que le bar du restaurant ne propose pas quelques cocktails pour boire un verre tranquillement le soir
