If you reserve a superior room, it is elephant view from the balcony. What you can do is hearing the bell rings from the elephant, and enjoy the view of them. You do not need to pay to see the elephant if you stay here. 8:30am & 10am is good time for elephant bathing.

I think it's shameful to move into such rooms. The sheets are stained, cockroaches are running, the toilet is stained. I turned on the water in the sink and the water flowed onto the floor. This shame is real.

The location was awesome and being able to see the elephants from the balcony going past was great.

The bed sheets and pillow case didnt seem to be quite clean

Good value for money but avoid the elephants. They are not well looked after or as suggested on photos. Room was comfy and air conditioning was great.

Bathrooms unclean. Water hardly came. Cot not good
