Hotel Dolphin Hikkaduwa

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, ebenso wie die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus. Vom Restaurant aus steht man direkt im Meer und kann los schwimmen; der Vordereingang befindet sich an einer belebten Straße mit sehr vielen Restaurants, Bistros und Geschäften. Ab ca 21 Uhr wird es ruhig auf der Straße und man kann gut schlafen.

Nur 1 Servicekraft für Gästeservice plus Restaurant hat sich sehr bemüht, ist aber zu wenig.

The room had everything I needed like refrigerator, kettle with all the works, comfortable bed with mosquito net. But the best was the view from the balcony, which you could also see very easily from the big window. At high tide the ocean comes right up to the back steps of the hotel. But it is easy to continue walking down the beach to the swimming spot. They have a great restaurant where you can enjoy the ocean view some more.

The location is superb. The balcony overlooking the beach always has something to view. We loved sitting on the balcony after a hot day out and looking out to sea or towards Turtle Beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Large bedroom, good wifi and the view from the balcony was great overlooking the beach.

Отель очень удобно расположен на берегу, до пляжа 1 мин. Номер расположен на верхнем этаже. Балкон ооочень большой, кровать удобная. Есть чайник, фен, шампунь. На первом этаже расположено кафе. Через дорогу хороший ресторан красный лобстер.

Единственный минус ➖ это то что сток воды не работает. Вода стоит по всему полу в ванной

Det lå lige i vandkanten og centralt i byen. Rigtig god mad i restauranten og hyggeligt personale og ejer. Vi bookede ekstra dage på hotellet senere på vores rejse. Rigtig mange fisk .. rigtig god snorkling lige udenfor 10 m. Flot solnedgang der kan nydes fra balkonen

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Hikkaduwa and would recommend it to everyone. The location is amazing - the hotel is right on the beach and very close to Turtle Beach. We requested a room with a sea view, and they kindly gave us one. And honestly, calling it just a “sea view” is an understatement - we had a huge balcony facing the ocean, and it quickly became our favorite place to spend the evenings. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed, including a kettle and a big fridge, which was very convenient. In our opinion, rooms 1 and 4 are the best. The hotel also has a restaurant, and we had a very tasty kottu there. The owner is a very sweet, friendly, and welcoming person, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were very happy with everything and would gladly stay here again.

Отель расположен прямо на берегу океана, номер хоть и небольшой, но есть все необходимое: кондей, мини-холодильник, шкаф, в нашем номере была огромная лоджия с видом на океан.

Комната не очень большая, но лоджия компенсирует данный недостаток)

Самый прекрасный вид из номера (3) из всех, что я когда-либо видела! Ощущение, что живешь прям в океане. Номер (3) на третьем этаже довольно просторный с двумя кроватями, (номер трехместный) и небольшим уголком со шкафом и кофейным столиком. Номер (1) двухместный с одной кроватью и кофейным столиком, но минус этого номера (1), что у него проходной балкон и вы не будете в уединении, как в номере (3). Минус только один, кондиционер направлен прям на кровать, приходилось выключать ночью. Прям в отеле расположен ресторан морепродуктов, очень вкусно, рекомендую. Расположен отель отлично, рядом с черепашьим пляжем. Много кафе и магазинчиков рядом.

Рекомендую перенести кондиционер на боковую стену или в изголовье. Все остальное прекрасно.
