The staff maintained was not good and not proper facilities like tv

There was no facility provided at least they should have provided complementary water bottles. The bedsheet was smelling and we need to request for multiple times for changing it. They have put television in room but that does not work.

Room should have been clean. At least they should change the bedsheets after guest leave. They are not bother to replace with the clean one. Water kettle is the basic thing in any hotel but that was also not there. Complementary water bottle all hotels provide but that also they have not provided and will charge Rs. 30 for one bottle

Bed was extremely comfortable. Very friendly staff. Hotel was full of great art.
