The room was average - Rating would be 5/10 No Wardrobe. No kettle. no writing table. Light bulbs missing. Toiletries very poor. Nobody is permitted to visit so even our daughter living two blocks away could not come and visit us! The Service was non-existent - ZERO! There was nobody to assist with the luggage either at check ion or check out time. There is no provision even for a cup of tea. We were told that if we wanted tea we had to get out and walk 100 mtrs to the tea shop! No crockery in the room, not even a glass or cup to drink water/tea. The only drinking water we got in the room in 3 nights stay were 02 small (300ml) bottles of water! The sheets were changed just once in 3 days. On D2 when the boy cleaning the adjacent room was requested to get our room cleaned he refused to do so saying "not now, after 2pm!'..and thereafter never cleaned it for the rest of our stay! On D2 the corridor outside was swabbed with a dirty mop leaving the corridor stinking of a stale smell! Instead of changing the towel we found that the old used and wet towel was just folded and kept back!! The front desk person Mr. Vamsi was particularly unfriendly and most unhelpful. When pointed out that a wardrobe was a basic necessity and that the reservation stated 'Wardrobe' he very curtly told us we should have checked before booking!.. and his attitude was absolutely "Take it or Leave it"!! When told that there was just one towel for 02 occupants he again told us very rudely, in words to the effect "you didn't ask for it so you didn't get it!" On being requested to get the missing light bulbs fixed he first said "no there are no bulbs', then agreed to get one fixed but never got it done throughout our 3 nights stay!

Compliment water may provide on check out date also.they should not very cost effective in it Bathroom light facilities not sufficient.Should not allow unmarried single couples

Nice friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, clean restaurant, variety of food to choose from for breakfast and dinner, live music provided for entertainment during dinner

No telephone/intercom is provided in the rooms.

Staff were very helpful. Clean and spacious room with a nice bathroom. Good breakfast. Good price. Highly recommend it.
